Dinosaur Week

We had a roaring good time this week learning about dinosaurs!  We also had picture day this week.  Everyone looked so beautiful and handsome!  I can't wait to see the pictures.  Here is a look at some of the fun we had!

Exploring rocks and fossils.

Reading in the library.

We made dinosaurs hatching.

Look at this awesome city!

We had some clever letter "B" items come in for Show and Share!

B is for blueberries!

Reading to learn!  Proud of our little readers!

Working hard on letter matching.

We took our first week of donations down to The Mustard Seed.

I love their giving hearts.

In Bridge we worked on ten frames, counting, and beginning sounds.  We made boats for letter "B" and tested them to see if they would sink or float.  Students even got to test if there boat would hold weight.  We had a dinoriffic week!

We enjoyed playing a ten frame matching game.

Making a paper plate dino!

Building our boats.

Testing our boats to see if they will float.

Adding weight to our boats.

Everyone's boat floated!  Some were able to hold 2 pet counters and some were able to hold up to 6!  I'm pretty proud of our little engineers!  Blessings on your week!
