We had a great week learning all about plants. We sang a Dr. Jean song to learn the parts of a plant and what each part does for the plant. We continued to work on reviewing letters and teen numbers. We also worked on measurement. Take a look at what we did this week.
We worked on our letters and sounds in the green room this week.
We made a still life of a vase of flowers.
We played bingo with letter sounds.
Practiced sight words in the green room.
Worked on or fine motor skills with Wiki sticks.
Worked on stamping with flowers and celery.
Painted sunflowers with seeds in the middle.
We practiced the parts of a flower. Be sure to ask me about them!
In Bridge class this week, we painted flowers and finger painted. We enjoyed learning about the life cycle of plants as well.
