A Look at Eric Carle

We had a short week learning about one of my favorite authors!  Check out the cool Eric Carle activities we did.

We also had fun practicing cutting skills buy cutting spider webs from "The Very Busy Spider".  

We worked on the letters of our name and made name puzzles.  

We worked on the number two.  

We learned about using graphing skills to see which group has more or less.  In this picture we graphed the items we brought by which sound they made, long e or short e.  Short e had the most!

We also practiced our cutting skills.

We had a great week of learning about the letter "E"!

In Bridge this week, we continued our study of Eric Carle.

We enjoyed making our own cloud!

We also worked on writing the letter "E" and reviewed the letter sounds we have learned so far. 

We worked on sorting by color and shape. 

We also worked on our fine motor skills.
